USPI WORK & DOCUMENTS invites you to legal employment at a well-established poultry factory with good working conditions and positive feedback from employees. The plant is located 30 km from Bydgoszcz in the direction of Koronowo (not DROBEX). Work is available for women, men, and couples. Experience is welcome but not required. For candidates with experience, it is possible to assign tasks on specific operations with higher workload and pay. 

Working conditions: 

• Hourly pay: 22–25 PLN/hour net (depending on the process).
• 250–330 working hours/month. 
• Day shifts only (start time may be at 03:00, 05:00, or 06:00 – the supervisor informs in advance). 
• 12-hour workday. 
• Day off: Sunday. Saturday is a shorter day (for workers living in Bydgoszcz, Saturday is a day off). 
• Salary is paid monthly, always on time. 

Accommodation: 

• Housing is provided, workers only pay for utilities – 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
• Comfortable conditions: 2–3 people per room.
• Couples are accommodated together without other roommates.
• Own bedding is required. 

Food and facilities: 

• Free hot meals twice a day (depending on shift length).
• Free coffee and tea during the day.
• Large canteen available on site.
• Work clothing provided free of charge and washed daily by the employer. 

Duties: 

For women: 

• Filleting (separating meat from bones).
• Poultry processing.
• Packing of finished products.
• Pay: 22 PLN/hour. 

For men: 

• Loading and weighing of products – 22 PLN/hour.
• Poultry processing – 22 PLN/hour.
• Hanging poultry on the production line – 25 PLN/hour.
• Cleaning the production hall with pressure washer – paid per task (200 PLN/shift; if completed in 8 hours = 25 PLN/hour). 

Requirements: 

• Age up to 55.
• Willingness to work and earn.
• Knowledge of Polish is not required.
• Experience is not required. 

Additional conditions: 

• Before starting work, candidates must pass a stool test for salmonella (200 PLN, paid upon arrival in the office; results ready in 4–5 days). During this waiting period, free accommodation in a hostel in Bydgoszcz is provided. If you already have valid results, no need to repeat the test.
• Medical check – 180 PLN, paid by employer and deducted once from first salary.
• Official employment contract (umowa zlecenie).
• Free support with residence card and other legalization documents.
• Social package: health insurance, pension, and social contributions (ZUS).
• Possibility to receive salary advances.
• Constant support of coordinators during the whole process.
