🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the company’s financial flows.
   
• Build a system of financial accounting and transparent reporting.
   
• Manage raised funds and allocate the budget efficiently.
   
• Prepare and deliver public pitch presentations, participate in startup events and industry conferences.
   
• Prepare financial documentation for investors and strategic partners.
   
• Collaborate with founders and top management on financial strategy.
   
• Develop a long-term financial model focusing on international growth (USA, Canada, Europe).
   

🔹 Requirements:

• Excellent English (C1–C2).
   
• Experience as CFO / Financial Partner / Investment Manager (preferably in startups or EdTech/IT).
   
• Experience managing financial flows, accounting, and reporting.
   
• Skills in public speaking and project presentation for external audiences.
   
• Knowledge of the US venture market and funding mechanisms is a plus.
   
• Financial expertise: P&L, Cash Flow, forecasting, financial modeling.
   
• Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions in a fast-growing environment.
