We’re a Dubai- and London-based tech team building AI voice and intelligence agents for SMBs and lower mid-market enterprises.
Our AI platform powers three core products:
- Sales Intelligence — analyzes every client interaction across video and voice channels, helping businesses: (i) recover at-risk deals and capture extra revenue (ii) achieve 100% observability of customer communications (iii) benchmark the performance of sales reps and virtual agents
- Receptionist (AI Voice Agent) — manages inbound calls, customer inquiries, and appointment bookings with human-like precision.
- Operator (AI Voice Agent) — proactively engages customers via voice or text to collect feedback, drive upsells, and reactivate churned clients.
Our team brings experience from Meta, Yandex, and Bloomberg, alongside multiple ex-founders with deep expertise in AI and sales.
As we expand into the US market, we’re looking for a sales rep who can move fast,
close deals, and shape our go-to-market strategy.
Role Overview
This is a full-cycle sales role, from prospecting to closing. You’ll be the face of our
AI product to SMB and mid-market decision-makers, running demos, building
trust, and winning business.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle for SMB and mid-market clients in the US.
- Prospect and engage leads using tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and HubSpot.
- Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities using BANT.
- Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to hit/exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the team, sharing customer feedback to refine messaging and roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience (SMB/mid-market focus).
- Proven success running outreach campaigns and closing deals.
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of BANT qualification and structured sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with US clients.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, global startup environment.
- Available to work US market hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, automation, or productivity SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with sales playbooks for international SaaS expansion.
