Looking for a person who knows how to use SMM to solve tasks for diverse brands.

Part-time, 4 hours daily, but must be available/on-call from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Stages: Communication with a recruiter — test task — interview with the SMM Head and Team Lead.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Understand project requirements and select appropriate tools.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions.
• Localize the brand positioning strategy (every 6 months), develop, and implement the content plan.
• Conduct monthly analysis of local trends and generate new content ideas for the following month.
• Achieve established project KPIs.
• Manage Georgian-language social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
• Prepare briefs for designers, UI/UX designers, and copywriters.
• Write social media content copy.
• Translate text into the local language (e.g., Georgian from English).
• Participate in content shoots for in-house projects (optional).
• Moderate comments, incoming messages, and reviews; actively engage and respond promptly to feedback (within 30-60 minutes).
• Participate in developing or adapting the strategy as needed (annually).
• Prepare KPI reports, analyze results, and develop action plans.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has experience (2+ years) in SMM and can share project results.
• Native proficiency in Georgian.
• B2/C1 English proficiency is required, as we have English-language projects.
• Has experience working on SMM for large projects (priority – banking sector).
• Has experience developing content plans and strategies for different niches.
• Is proactive and suggests using trends for their brands.
• Is responsible.
• Is creative.
• Can and wants to work with technical topics.
• Loves their work and is inspired by it.
