Role: Senior Sales Representative (Remote)
We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Representative to join Integral Solutions’s growing business team.
This is a remote, flexible, and performance-based role — perfect for sales professionals who love autonomy, creativity, and high rewards.
You’ll start as an independent sales representative, connecting Integral Solutions with new clients and building meaningful partnerships.
Whenever your lead converts into a project, you’ll earn 15–20% of the total project budget — and stay involved as the business representative, ensuring smooth collaboration between the client and our engineering teams.
As you deliver results, you’ll unlock a clear growth path toward a full-time, salaried position, with bonus incentives tied to project success.
And as Integral Solutions expands globally, top-performing partners will have the opportunity to lead new regional offices as Regional Managers or even CEOs.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and leadership) to align sales goals with company strategy.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
Strong networking presence on platforms like LinkedIn, X, or Discord.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Experience in IT is a plus.
