The company Remote Helpers requires an English speaking Personal Assistant to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining e-mail correspondence;
• collecting data on the Internet and entering them into tables;
• planning and appointment of calls according to a specific schedule;
• reporting using Google docs;
• administration of accounts in social networks and search for potential customers.

Requirements:

• knowledge of English language (C1-C2 level);
• ability to work with online documents and software for remote work: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slides and more;
• Telegram, Viber, Whatsapp and other messengers;
• video conferencing services: Zoom, Skype, Hangouts Meet and others.
