We are looking for a CEO Assistant who will become the right hand of the CEO and take on the coordination of the company's operational, administrative, and project tasks.
This is a role for someone who knows how to organize processes, keep everything under control, and get things done.
Your key tasks:
- Coordinating the work of contractors and monitoring the quality and timeliness of their tasks
- Supervising projects to create/update websites in the role of Project Manager
- Organizing and supporting the company's operational and administrative activities
- Communicating with partners and contractors in English
- Supporting the CEO in daily work issues
- Organizing meetings, trips, schedules, and internal processes
- Resolving current organizational and administrative issues
