We are Olis International LTD, quickly growing, family owned and operated Ukrainian manufacturer of sunflower seed oil, sauces and mayonnaise in total of over two hundred SKUs. The products export to 30 countries all over the world!

Due to fast expanding within European Union, Regional sales manager position is open.

We are looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to lead our market level operations. Roles within the operations team require a combination of project management, analytical ability, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work together with key stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to work on both strategy and execution - taking projects from idea through to implementation.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven management experience in sales, preferably FMCG or manufacturing sector
• Established senior level relationships with major retailers and distribution companies of your region or country
• Superior negotiation skills
• Superior reasoning, planning, and time management skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills, detail oriented
• Self-starter, proactive, works quickly and accurately
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Driver license (B) and driving experience
• English upper intermediate or higher

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow accounts as a regional manager
• Build a relational network of distributor companies
• Ensure achievement of sales production goals and deliverables for the region
• Expand sales volume and revenue
• Develop and follow marketing strategies for retailers and distributor partners
