  Uspi Work and Documents invites you to legal and stable work at a modern poultry factory in the city of Solec Kujawski (near Bydgoszcz).

  We offer official employment without intermediaries, good accommodation conditions and full legalization support.

  Candidates with and without experience are welcome — all processes are explained on site. The work is physically active but safe, with temperatures from +10 to +25 °C depending on the department.

  Available positions:

  Production workers:
  filleting, packaging, labeling, working with meat, weighing (up to 5 kg), working with equipment
  • Rate: 24 PLN/hour net + bonus 100–400 PLN/month
  After 6 months — rate increase by 1 PLN

  Evisceration:
  separation of stomach, liver, heart
  Temperature: +25 °C
  • Rate: 24.80 PLN/hour + bonus 300–500 PLN/month

  Slaughter (men only):
  hanging poultry on the line
  • Rate: 27.80 PLN/hour net + bonus up to 500 PLN/month

  Cleaning department (men and women):
  pressure washer cleaning, hoses, manual cleaning
  Night shift: 17:00–05:00
  • Rate: 24 PLN/hour + bonus up to 300 PLN/month

  Work schedule:

  Monday–Saturday
  • First shift: 03:00 / 04:00 / 05:00
  • Second shift: 11:00 / 12:00
  • Night shift (cleaning): 17:00–05:00
  Break — 45 minutes

  Working hours: 240–300 per month
  Overtime shifts up to 14 hours possible (paid as 16)

  Salary:

  24–27.80 PLN/hour net (depending on position)
  • Bonuses: 100–500 PLN/month
  After 6 months — rate increase
  Monthly salary: 6500–9500 PLN net
  Salary paid on time

  Accommodation:

  Provided by employer — 600 or 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
  Rooms for 2–3 people
  Couples live together

  Own bed linen required

  Conditions and benefits:

  • official contract (umowa zlecenie)

  Documents and formalities:

  • sanitary book — required (issued on arrival, 200 PLN)
  • medical check — 180 PLN (deducted from first salary)

  Support is also provided for family members
