Turkey Meat Processing Plant Workers

Location: Grudziądz, Poland (employment registration in Bydgoszcz)

USPI WORK & DOCUMENTS is a direct employer with over 10 years of experience in legal employment in Poland.

We are hiring employees for a modern turkey meat processing plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Turkey filleting (knife work; training provided)
• Packing finished products
• Product labeling
• Production line work
• Operating production equipment
• Manual separation of thigh meat from the bone
• Weighing finished products

Requirements:

• Men, women, and couples are welcome
• No experience required (training provided)
• Readiness for physical work
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Sanitary book required (assistance with obtaining it available)

Working Conditions:

• Salary: 22.70 PLN/hour net
• Stable salary paid on time
• Opportunity to receive salary advances

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturday by agreement
• One shift starting at 06:00
• 8–10 working hours per day

Monthly Working Hours:

• 180–230 hours per month

Working Environment:

• Temperature inside the production facility: +10°C to +12°C

Accommodation:

• Accommodation located 500 meters from the workplace
• Cost: 700–850 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
• 3–4 people per room

Please bring your own bed linen upon arrival.
