Lead creative strategist

DCBL is a new generation creative laboratory. Data analysis of social platforms, combined with the principles of performance, allows you to create high-quality creative concepts focused on the long-term return of marketing investments and increase sales.

What You'll Do:

• Develop high quality creative concepts for social-media with platform-specific designs
• Present creative concepts and ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional platform teams (Meta, Tik Tok, Google и т.п.)
• Optimize and improve platform (technology/product)
• Participate in client meetings, creative and strategy discussions
• Brief and supervise design team
• Work in partner with the art director/chief designer

Expectations from your experience:

• Experience in working in Social-media or digital marketing agency on similar position – creative copywriter/ strategist copywriter
• Experience in working with Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Instagram or other platforms and portfolio of products – as a bonus
• Excellent creative and copyright competence: ability to concept creative ideas and deliver them from idea stage to execution
• Business acumen and mind
• Interest in "creative research": creative evaluation, testing, effectiveness of creatives, etc
• Great communications and presentation skills
• Be able to accumulate and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
• Great orientation in latest trends in creative, digital and marketing industry
• Hunger for a start-up environment and aren’t afraid to experiment
• Fluent command English (other languages as a bonus)
