A modern automotive parts logistics warehouse in Kraków is looking for men and women to join the team. The company specializes in picking, preparing, and shipping car parts throughout Europe. The work takes place in a modern, clean warehouse with well-organized processes, on-site training, and the possibility of long-term employment.

📍  Kraków

🔧 Main responsibilities:

▫️ Picking orders using a scanner.
▫️ Finding products according to the row, rack, and shelf numbers.
▫️ Scanning products and checking the correctness of completed orders.
▫️ Placing products into warehouse carts and transporting them to the packing area.
▫️ The work is performed exclusively with various automotive parts (filters, brake pads, car accessories, suspension components, engine parts, etc.). Most products are light or medium weight.

💰 Salary

Basic hourly rate (depending on the number of hours worked per month):

▪️ Up to 220 hours — 22.68 PLN net/hour
▪️ 221–250 hours — 23.53 PLN net/hour
▪️ More than 250 hours — 24.00 PLN net/hour

Additional hours (9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th working hour) and weekend work:

▪️ 25.00 PLN net/hour

For students under 26 years old:

▪️ 31.40 PLN net/hour

🎁 Bonuses

🔄 3-shift work

▪️ Bonus: 440 PLN net/month (110 PLN net for each fully worked week).

The bonus is paid provided that:

▫️ the full work schedule is completed;
▫️ 22 working days per month are worked;
▫️ schedule: Monday–Friday + 2 working Saturdays.

➕ Additionally, employees working night shifts can receive up to 600 PLN net/month extra.

🌙 Permanent night shift

▪️ Bonus: up to 600 PLN net/month.

The bonus is paid provided that:

▫️ the full work schedule is completed;
▫️ 20 working days per month are worked;
▫️ schedule: Monday–Friday, Saturday — day off.

🕒 Work schedule (the schedule can be chosen before starting work)

🔄 Option 1 — 3-shift system

🔹 Shifts rotate every week:

▫️ 06:00–17:00
▫️ 11:00–22:00
▫️ 20:00–06:00

🔹 Shift duration: 10–12 hours
🔹 5–6 working days per week
🔹 Mandatory 2 working Saturdays per month

🌙 Option 2 — permanent night shift

▫️ 18:00–06:00

🔹 Shift duration: 10–12 hours
🔹 5–6 working days per week
🔹 Saturday — day off

🏠 Accommodation

🔸 Provided by the employer.
🔸 Cost: 500–650 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
🔸 Employees living in their own accommodation receive an additional payment: 1 worked hour = 1 PLN extra.

(Example: 220 worked hours = 220 PLN additional payment.)

🚍 Employees arrange their own commute by public transport.

🦺 Work clothing: the employer provides a safety vest and work shoes free of charge.
