We are hiring: K-Beauty Buyer / Sourcing Manager (Seoul, South Korea)

Isei (TD Magnus LLC) is a leading Ukrainian retail chain specializing in Korean cosmetics and home care. We are looking for a passionate and trend-savvy K-Beauty Buyer / Sourcing Manager based in Seoul to help us discover the next viral products and top-performing brands!

📌 What You Will Do:

• Trend Hunting: Spot upcoming K-Beauty trends, bestsellers, and viral ingredients before they hit the global market.
• Exhibitions & Sourcing: Visit local beauty expos, trade shows, and pop-ups in South Korea.
• Supplier Relations: Connect with manufacturers and brands, negotiate exclusive deals, competitive pricing, and marketing budgets.
• Product Testing & Selection: Select high-potential SKUs, test samples, and send them to our HQ in Ukraine.
• Content Creation: Capture basic photo and video content of new products and store visits for our marketing team.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For:

• Location: Based in Seoul, South Korea.
• Experience: 3+ years in the K-Beauty industry (sourcing, buying, or brand negotiation).
• Market Insight: A strong «nose» for hit products and a deep analytical understanding of why certain items become bestsellers.
• Network: Warm contacts with Korean suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers.
• Languages: Fluency in Korean and Ukrainian (or English) for seamless communication.
