Andersen, an international IT outsourcing company, is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who will work on a large-scale project in the field of electrical transport.

We invite a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team with an opportunity to work completely remotely, dealing with projects for one of our Australian customers.

The customer is the world's leading supplier of electric bikes for delivery services. The company strives to eliminate toxic vehicle emissions – its aim is to convert every urban delivery mile to electric vehicles. The company is a reliable partner of the world's most innovative companies, including Uber, DoorDash, Gorillas, and Getir.

Tasks:

- Analyzing customer requirements;

- Evaluating, planning, and designing UX/UI interfaces for desktop and mobile applications/versions;

- Conducting UX research, analysis, data collection, and user interface testing;

- Working with and creating design systems;

- Independently selecting suitable tools and solutions;

- Working in product project teams and communicating with the company's design community.

Must-haves:

- Experience in the digital technology field or in a similar role for 3+ years;

- Understanding of and skills in UX research, user testing, and development processes (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban);

- Experience in building and working with design systems and understanding of atomic design principles;

- Experience in designing web interfaces and mobile applications;

- Knowledge of Adobe, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, and InVision toolkits and the ability to use them;

- Ability to work in a team;

- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate;

- Portfolio is required.
