Position: Reservation Specialist

Place of work: Remote work

Work schedule: 6\1
Responsibilities:

Identifying the needs of travel companies and providing recommendations on suitable hotels, modes of transport, costs and accommodation;
Responding to inquiries and calculating the total cost of the trip in accordance with their requests, as well as offering alternative options;
Maintaining records of all personal bookings and ensuring all services are available before guests arrive, as well as timely receipt of payments;
Resolving any issues related to travel, promptly handling complaints and informing the manager;
Providing support to partners;
Generating pro forma invoices through the system and monitoring deadlines;
Working with the booking system, entering and maintaining data;

Informing partners about special offers and providing advice on hotel services;
Maintaining effective relationships with hotel reservations and sales departments;
Performing daily routine tasks, verifying the accuracy of all entered reservations;
Achieving company sales targets;
Performing other related duties as assigned by company management.

Skills and abilities:

Higher education in tourism or any other related field;
At least 3 years of experience in the tourism industry (travel company);
Experience working with various booking systems;
Experience processing approximately 30-50 bookings per day;
Skills in booking and selling tourism products;
Ability to work with people and cope with stressful situations;
Punctuality, emotional stability, self-organization, enthusiasm, creativity, stress resistance, business communication skills;

Excellent communication skills to build warm and mutually beneficial relationships with partners;

Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written);
Negotiation skills.
Computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint required), Internet Explorer, Google Suite, Zoom, Skype; Booking systems;
Ability to read and calculate resort contracts will be an advantage;
Market analysis and recommendations for changes or improvements to improve agent satisfaction and increase sales.
