We are hiring a Call Center Representative from Mexico.

Location: Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

Type of work: Full-Time / onsite.

Responsibilities:

Use highly effective sales and customer support techniques to achieve sales targets for technology, products and services.

Understand the process of re-selling to a previous customer using the enrollment process.

Evaluate the needs of inbound or outbound customers .

Always strive to maintain a business relationship between customers and our client.

Timely process for entering sales orders and any other administrative tasks related to sales activities .

Expand the customer base.

Skills:

Must be fluent in English .

Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with customers .

Proficiency of computer systems .

Salary/Benefits:

We pay a weekly base of MXN$3000 and can increase to MXN$4200 with incentives.

Hiring/Loyalty Bonus: $7000

Graduation bonus: $500

Referral bonus: $2500 to new employees, $1000 to repeat employees.
