We are happy to announce a new great opportunity for an experienced House Managing Team. A family who are based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, UK are searching for a Russian speaking Handyman and Head Housekeeper to work as a team and look after their magnificent estate on a permanent live in basis. The family would be happy to find Russian speakers as the language is spoken at home.

The separate house will be provided for the successful candidates.

As the family have several properties the Russian speaking managing team will be asked to visit them few times a week to make sure its clean and organized.

We are searching for a reliable, honest and hardworking live in house managing team who are well-mannered and experienced in HNW families.

The Position Type: Live In, Long Term

Salary: 75,000 – 78,000 GBP Gross annually

Working Day: 6 Days / Week

Working Hours: 9 Hours / Day

Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex

Language: Russian

Starting date: ASAP

Head Housekeeper’s duties:

• General housekeeping
• Managing housekeeper
• Make sure the things on their places
• Keeping bathrooms organised and sanitised
• Laundry and ironing
• Wardrobe management
• Deep cleaning
• Managing stocks of groceries, cleaning products and household essentials
• Running errands

Handyman's duties:

• Inside and outside maintenance
• DIY
• Grocery shopping
• Gardening
• Dealing with contractors
• Managing smart home system
• Managing security system
• Running errands

House Managing Team's requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in private households
• UK working permit
• Excellent command of Russian
• Driving licence
• Contactable references
• No allergies
