Our team is on the lookout for a skilful Telegram Promotion Specialist

About Us:
We are SPARKS, an international full-service marketing agency. We work with Influencers and content creators. More than 80 successful projects and 250 employees in the company. We create Internet products that are used worldwide. But the main focus is the US market.

What will you need to do?
- Create, lead and promote our Telegram projects (from strategy to results);
- Buy untapped Telegram-channels;
- Do most of the tasks by yourself "by hand";
- Analyze and monitor their effectiveness;
- Manage deadlines and budgets;
- Collaborate with external contractors to support project implementation;
- Execute kpi.

Key Skills:
- Practical experience with Telegram projects from 1 year;
- Understanding of the principles of monetization in Telegram;
- Experience of working with gray market niches: dayting, gambling, betting.
- Understanding of basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, etc;
- Availability of successful cases;
- Experience in traffic arbitrage will be a plus.
