Responsibilities:
- Analyzing legislation in the EU, Asia, and other jurisdictions to ensure client compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Delivering expert legal consultancy to clients through both written and oral communication.
- Assisting in the registration of companies abroad, preparing required documentation, and ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
- Facilitating the opening of overseas bank accounts by handling all necessary documentation.
- Conducting negotiations with foreign partners on behalf of our clients.

Requirements:

- A minimum of two years of experience in international law.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Experience in incorporating companies in the EU and other jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in opening accounts in banks and payment systems.
- Ability to conduct business correspondence in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly search for relevant information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Stable internet connection.
