Reponsibilities:
- The Business Development manager will be responsible for seraching B2B partners for our Broker project in Latin America region, Africa, Asia
- Development of a partner sales network through an independent active search and attraction of new partners
- Identification of the needs of potential partners and work with objections. Support and development of partnerships with attracted partners
- Consultation on the terms of the affiliate program
- Participation in the partner's customer service process.
- Interaction with partners on the terms of customer service and client services of the company
- Participation inplanning, development and organization of promotion of the affiliate program
- Monitoring affiliate programs of competitors. Reporting and analysis of affiliate program sales results
Requirements:
- Experience in Broker area, warm contacts
- Well-developed communication skills, written and oral communication skills are required
- Experience in b2b or b2c sales is not required, but would be an advantage
- Fluency in English or any other foreign language will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to periodically solve problems in a short time
- Initiative, stress resistance, desires to work for results and earn above average
