Our platform is growing rapidly, we are rapidly increasing the number of customers and aim to surround every one of them with care, so we are expanding our Customer Support team.

What you will need to do:
Provide technical, informational and moral support to clients on site (in writing)
Expand the HelpCenter's knowledge base, keep it up to date
Interact with the development team (prepare feature request / bug reports based on customer analysis)
Develop customer relations by providing a personalised service that focuses on long term collaboration
Optionally along with mastering the basic task pool will come:
Customer Success, customer feedback collection and transfer into product development
Tech support, and a deeper dive into customer interaction processes
What you need to be prepared for:
We have a wide variety of clients from all over the world, the main support languages are English, Russian, German, Spanish and French
Clients new to the world of digital assets are demanding, begging and need clarification, support, care and assistance in the world of digital assets
Products are evolving, the list of products is expanding and the Customer Success team must always have up-to-date information
Our expectations:
Cryptocurrency knowledge
English (C1, but B2 negotiable)for written and oral communication
German/French B2 with the ability to communicate and compose texts fluently.
Copywriting skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with GoogleSheets/Docs/Slides
Computer skills (don't be afraid to learn how to use new tools, know basic news skills)
Familiarity with Mac
Simple coding skills
High learning speed, flexibility, adaptability
High degree of responsibility and autonomy
Attentive, polite, sincere desire and willingness to help people
Our expectations are not a mere formality - they are foundational elements of the character and skills we want to see.
A plus will be:
Knowledge of additional European languages
Experience of working in finance
Experience of working in distributed teams remotely
