Realiste AI offers a wide selection of real estate properties exclusively from institutional sellers including developers, banks, funds, and companies. The company's current focus lies primarily on residential properties, with a strong emphasis on new developments due to their suitability for online transactions.

Skills Required:

• Swift: Demonstrated proficiency and deep expertise.

• iOS Toolset: Comprehensive knowledge of iOS SDK, UIKit, and Foundation.

• Multithreading & Asynchrony: Advanced mastery in iOS, familiar with RxSwift, RxCocoa, and Combine. Ability to develop extensions or analogs is advantageous.

• Unit Tests: Skilled in crafting and implementing.

• iOS Architectures: In-depth understanding of patterns like VIPER, MVVM, and MVC. Experienced in Dependency Injection, with exposure to frameworks such as SwinJect.

• Design Principles: Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and various design patterns.

• Distributed Development: Proficient with tools like Git.

• Minimum 4 years of experience
