We are currently looking for an HR Team Leader with experience and the ability to build HR processes in the team in accordance with business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Building and improving HR processes based on business priorities and company strategy;

Management of all main areas of activity of the HR team: selection and attraction of talents, involvement, retention, training and motivation of employees;

HR team management;

Regular coaching, mentoring and support to managers and employees to identify individual strengths and development needs;

Improving internal employee adaptation and assessment policies;

Development and implementation of HR projects aimed at improving the working environment and employee satisfaction;

Improvement and systematization of internal reporting and analytics.

We expect from you:

At least 3 years in a similar role;

Experience in building, implementing and optimizing processes. Availability of successful cases of development and implementation of HR processes;

Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills;

High level of responsibility and high-quality experience in solving non-standard problems.
