Contracting surface treatment of all types of objects out in the field or at the customer's. For example, bridges, cranes, cisterns and in all types of industries. Responsibilities

As a supervisor at Alucrom, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations by leading and distributing the work to achieve agreed goals and key figures / KPIs, e.g. in productivity, quality and delivery security in the area of ​​responsibility.

This means that you are responsible for the practical planning of the work, such as:

• Giving work instructions to the staff
• Documenting the work progress and your team’s working hours
• Report according procedure
• Performing maintenance and repair of equipment
• Check that the preventive environmental work measures and are in place
• Responsible for waste management of hazardous waste and other waste and that waste transporting is carried out in accordance with legal procedure and requirements
• You are calm and collected in case of an emergency, you act in accordance with current procedure
• You see to it that the set of regulatory rules are followed according to procedure

Requirements:

• Pervious experience from a similar position in rust protection painting, industrial painting, production and contracting
• Proven and documented experience in leading staff
• Must obtain a B-category driver’s license. A C-category truck license is an advantage, however not a requirement
• Completed high school and post-secondary education in logistics or similar. It is also a huge advantage if you have a few years of experience in warehouse management and processes
• Good computer skills
• Good spoken and written Swedish and English, Polish language is an advantage
• The contract length is 6 months and the site is based in Stockholm
