ABOUT US

At Maple Digital Financial Solutions we contribute to the global financial inclusion initiative through our modern digital payments solution, which provides users with a convenient and secure alternative to the traditional banking marketplace.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all stages of IT project management.

2.Set and manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders.

3. Coordinate and track various sub-projects throughout the project life cycle.

4. Develop a detailed project management plan to track project progress.

5. Mentor, motivate and supervise project team members.

6. Develop professional business relationships.

7. Create and constantly update project documentation.

8. Provide team members with all necessary information.

9. Conduct project status meetings, daily reports and retrospective meetings.

10. Constantly monitor the progress of the project, risks and opportunities associated with it.

11. Act as the customer's primary point of contact for project activities.

What we expect

• 3 years experience of relevant work
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with hands-on mentality and a strong desire to learn and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and project & task management skills required to manage multiple projects concurrently and promptly.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with both internal and external partners and service providers.
• Excellent English and Serbian language
