Accounting at 3 (three) companies under the laws of the UAE.
*Preparation and filing of the required financial and tax reporting.
*Communication with tax and other state officials of the UAE.
*Tracking changes in UAE legislation.
*Review of business contracts in respect of tax risks and compliance with current UAE legislation.
*Working with banks: current account operations, analyzing KYC data and initiating changes KYC with the bank if necessary.
*Financial analysis of business operations. Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
*Budget planning and budget control.
*Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
*Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
