Head of Supply Chain
Korona Auto Ltd. is a market leader company in the automotive industry (spare parts and services). 250+ employees and 10 branches are under my management as Head of Logistics Department. Annual company revenue is over 80 million dollars.
My responsibilities are customer service all over Russia. Reporting to the General Manager (co-founder). Annual budget for logistics is 13% of revenue (10 million of dollars)
My results and achievements:
- logistics management system was implemented. Results: NPS 85%, Delivery on time - 90%, Delivery in full - 98%
- optimization of logistics costs by 10-20% year on year with an increase in turnover;
- in 2020-2021 1,2 millions dollar of total cost savings was achieved, while maintaining the level of service;
- a strategy of the logistics department was developed taking into account the adopted strategy of the company until 2025;
- a strategy for new business branch of “Car Parts” was developed;
- 10 projects were successfully implemented as part of the geo-strategy of the company's development with confirmation of revenue growth;
- a project of consignment agreement was developed and implemented. Revenue growth in 2021 for launched clients was 50% year-on-year;
- transport management system was integrated in customer service product;
- a demand forecasting product with the result of reducing the deficit by 50% was developed;
- a program of certification and professional growth of employees was introduced;
- the process of budgeting in the company was developed and implemented, which increased cost efficiency by 15%
- a continuous improvement approach has been introduced into operations of logistics

Head of purchasing department
10+ employees are under my management, work with suppliers in Asia and Europe;
automation and optimization of the procurement process was implemented;
project on the pricing system was launched with the result of 8.5% revenue growth;
100+ successful negotiations with foreign partners regarding terms of delivery, prices, development;
an extensive marketing research was done as part of the successful launch of a new production business branch;
“leaf springs” as a product were achieved TOP-1 of sales (including competitors) in the Russian market under my management
