Call Center Manager (Inbound Inquiries, Remote)

We are looking for a remote call center specialist to communicate with real estate investors (warm leads).

Using artificial intelligence algorithms, it selects and ranks investment opportunities.

The company was founded in the UAE but is actively expanding into new markets. The platform already has data on real estate in more than 110 cities worldwide, and this number is rapidly increasing.

Realiste AI Business Model: Clients are organically attracted to the platform. After registering their phone numbers, users gain free access to our platform, fully equipped with real estate listings and analytical tools. The support service assists users in property selection and facilitates transactions. After completing the transaction, property owners pay a commission.

Currently, we are looking for a call center specialist to communicate with potential investors of our company.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center;
• Knowledge and understanding of phone etiquette;
• A good PC for work and stable internet connection is mandatory
• Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
