A permanent job in a law firm requires a lawyer to work in the Forensic area:

In general, the Company's work is aimed at enforcing decisions of Russian courts abroad. Forensic is the department that collects primary evidence:

- draws up, investigates and analyzes schemes of fraudulent ways of withdrawing funds abroad,

- collects information about the debtor and his assets, about the ownership of hidden assets by the debtor.

Required work experience: from 1 to 3 years.

Full-time.

Working hours: Moscow time from 09.30 to 18.30, Monday-Friday. There are exceptions: depending on the project work, an irregular working schedule is required in certain periods.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education or work experience in operational or investigative units for at least three years (Russian Federation or one of the EU countries);
• Knowledge in the field of civil, criminal, procedural law (Russian Federation or one of the EU countries);
• Possession of a computer at the level of a confident user, the ability to quickly find the necessary information, training, possession of office programs, orientation in social networks;
• Ability to work independently without direct control, initiative.
• English language - not lower than B2 level.
• Documents allowing you to legally stay, work, move on the territory of the European Union;
• Driving license is desirable.
• The following are welcome: experience in the police or in the specialty "Lawyer" (in the Russian Federation or one of the EU countries), experience in working with public databases: SPARK, FEDRESURS, a file of court cases, experience in representing interests in court, knowledge of bankruptcy legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and generalization of information, implementation of search measures of the debtor and his assets, including:
• Collection of information on court cases for participants in civil, arbitration, criminal proceedings.
• Investigation of fraudulent withdrawal methods, including corporate, outside the Russian Federation.
• Search for property lost by citizens or enterprises, institutions, organizations.
• Search for a person who is a debtor in accordance with a court order, search for his property, including registered for nominees.
• Collecting the necessary evidence confirming the ownership of the property registered to third parties to the debtor, including drawing up the affiliation schemes of the group of persons.
• Drawing up Reports in accordance with the approved regulations on the person (possible denominations, assets, place of residence of the debtor, property in use, lifestyle of the debtor, court case, register of the debtor's creditors, information from the media, activity in social networks, indicating conclusions and recommendations , otherwise according to the regulations).
• Outdoor surveillance, photo and video filming

Necessary qualities:

• Communication skills, developed emotional intelligence, the ability to quickly master new knowledge, flexibility are basic qualities.
• The desire to master the specified profession is a must.
• Analytical abilities, skills of systemic detailed intellectual work;
• The presence of motivation for continuous analytics: finding relationships, the ability to see the main thing;
• Ability to work in a team, benevolence, stress resistance;

• Initiative, willingness and desire to constantly expand their horizons, delve into new industries.
• Correct oral and written language.
