Quantum Tech Partners is looking for talented Financial Analysts focused on M&A and fundraising for their video game clients worldwide. This position allows for remote work. We are looking for a financial and business savvy analyst who has a passion for the gaming industry.

You will be responsible for analyzing gaming-related business models, interpreting financial data, researching particular business trends and KPIs, and building forecast models. You should feel comfortable sharing insights you have uncovered to communicate important themes and discoveries. More broadly, you will have the opportunity to conduct industry and market research as well as create business overview decks to communicate effectively with investors and buyers.

Quantum Tech Partners is a boutique global gaming advisory firm that has closed over 60 transactions in its partnership history, exclusively representing companies like Jagex (developer of RuneScape) in their sale to Zhongji, Digital Extremes (developer of Warframe) in their sale to Leyou and Growtopia in their sale to Ubisoft. QTP collaborates with gaming founders and teams on the most important transactions in their business careers - growth financing and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to build financial models as well as valuation models
• Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to the QTP team
• Compile data into actionable reports
• Create and participate in both routine and ad-hoc projects
• Prepare pitch and presentation materials
• Work collaboratively with global team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' financial analysis and modeling experience
• Strong understanding of the entire gaming ecosystem
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Fluency in Microsoft Office / Google Docs Suite (Powerpoint especially)
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and ability to self-start
