LEAD ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

• Create new concepts of Mighty Buildings family multistory houses for European and US markets
• Lead traditional and Modular house technical design development from concept to final product
• Lead team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Represent TP development team on meetings. Coordinate project with internal teams, outside agencies, production services & suppliers
• Prepare Architectural drawings and material specifications
• Optimize solutions, Contact suppliers to search for optimal solutions
• (Optional) Execute all Interior design stages from concept to final product
• Create and coordinate BIM models

Requirements

• Number of completed modular projects around the globe. Modular multistory experience. 3 Projects designed and constructed
• Lead at least one 1 Projects as Architect
• Background: Architectural + Structural education with experience in prefab modular design and construction
• BIM expertise and working experience in software (Revit, Inventor or other), BIM with LOD 400
• Coordination of the team
• Provide principal design solutions in key areas of the project (architecture, structure, MEP)
