In this role, you will:

Collect detailed financial statements for a portfolio of real estate projects using Newstar, Procore and Excel.
Make sure that all project information, forecasts and cash flow forecasts are prepared accurately and are accompanied by deviation reports with a detailed description of changes in the project.
Support construction, sales and development teams in creating and monitoring project budgets and cash flows to ensure that targets are met.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for internal purposes, partners and creditors.
Prepare the necessary schedules and monthly drawings to finance the construction.
Monitor financial indicators, project deadlines and identify risks and opportunities.
Under the guidance of a Manager, familiarize yourself with the various legal joint venture agreements and help create appropriate cost structures and reporting in Newstar.
Under the guidance of a Manager, prepare calculations in accordance with the terms and conditions of various legal agreements and prepare any necessary reports.
Participate in the process of drawing up the annual budget.
