We are looking for an international Lawyer to join our star squad to provide full support with legal issues.

Previous experience:

• Master degree in law
• High level of English is a must
• At least 1+ years experience as a lawyer in respectable law company or IT company
• Experience in contract drafting and supporting commercial activities of the company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Your Scope of Work:

You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, consulting the employees on legal issues, as well as communicating with state entities.

• Drafting and concluding international commercial contracts, drafting amendments
• Negotiating with Clients and legal teams on the conditions of contracts
• Supporting HR department with drafting contracts for subcontractors
• Researching legislation of different jurisdictions all over the world and supporting company development in different countries
