What you will do:

• Assist in creating, reviewing, testing, and implementing training programs
• Maintain, categorize, and update data integrity for the LMS, such as course descriptions, course or class changes, training content, materials, user groups, etc.
• Work with departments' managers to identify and refresh the course asset library, and manage tracking of the course revisions and history
• Assist with publishing, updating, and archiving assets to maintain the current Knowledge Base library
• Become a subject-matter expert on our LMS, staying informed of system features and updates, and recommending changes as applicable
• Facilitate instructor-led training, including webinars
• Complete basic video editing for training videos as needed

• Keen attention to detail, with an eye for grammar and design
• Ability to balance multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to prioritize effectively and communicate updates in a timely fashion
• Ability to think creatively to problem-solve
• Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
• Experience in creating training
• LMS and eLearning authoring tools experience or learning facilitation experience
• Knowledge of teaching methods and strategies
• Level of English Intermediate or higher
