Freelance Recruiter

A recruitment partner independently searches for and selects candidates for SBBGroup vacancies, supporting candidates at all stages — from application to arrival and registration at the office in Warsaw. We employ candidates of almost all nationalities.

Cooperation and Payment Terms

We offer two payment models:

• One-time payment — paid after the candidate completes the required working period.
• Long-term cooperation — payment starts from the candidate’s first working hour and continues during the whole employment period. This model allows partners to build a stable monthly income through quality recruitment.

Payments are made once a month — before the 25th day of the month.

Partner Support

Each partner works with a recruiter-coordinator who provides information about current vacancies, working conditions, and active projects.

Work Tools

All current vacancies are published daily in the Telegram group. Partners also get access to a Google Sheet.
