Railway logistics specialist (manager)

Field of activity:

• Interaction in the direction of railway transportation with the government and commercial organizations on the use of railway lines and infrastructure
• Interaction with rolling stock owners (cars, locomotives, locomotives / electric locomotives)
• Interaction with ports / grain elevators/ loading points
• Interaction with customs
• Establishing close contacts and expanding the base of carriers, rolling stock/infrastructure owners
• Interaction with the team responsible for transportation in Ukraine
• Planning, organization, operational support and control of railway transportation of oil (bottled and bulk), meal, cereals
• Control of applications registration , accompanying documentation
• Monitoring of rates in the transport market services, analysis of pricing
• Control of mutual settlements with counterparties
• Railway dispatching from the moment of loading to unloading
• Reporting, document management, analytical work

Desired experience:

• Backelor or Master’s degree in logistics, international economics and international relations
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Incoterms, the specifics of the region and the market of logistics service providers is required
• Strong written communication & verbal communication skills
• Multi-lingual is a plus - Fluent English, German and Polish; Ukrainian will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
