Logistics Support specialist (auto and railway logistics)
Country: Poland/Romania
Field of activity:
- Interaction with brokers, licensing authorities and customs
- Support data management and maintaining databases of logistics information
- Communication with or monitor service providers
- Track product flow from origin to final delivery
- Execution of supporting documentation
- Interaction with freight forwarders and carriers
Desired experience:
- Backelor or Master’s degree in logistics, international economics and international relations
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of Incoterms, the specifics of the region and the market of logistics service providers is required
- Strong written communication & verbal communication skills
- Multi-lingual is a plus - Fluent English, German and Polish; Ukrainian will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
