The international IT company Andersen is looking for a Relocation Manager.

Today, we need someone with knowledge of English who will become a reliable support for our employees in all issues related to work relocation.

Tasks:

- Supporting the process of employee relocation within the company (advising employees on relocation rules, assisting them with the preparation of documents for visa applications, etc.);

- Updating internal documentation;

- Going to countries of relocation in order to interact with local offices;

- Acting as the main point of contact to monitor the entire relocation process and ensuring a prompt and timely response to all queries;

- Searching for information about living conditions, healthcare, the standard of living, and legalization procedures in countries of relocation;

- Collaborating with other teams (legal teams, personnel department);

- Providing consistent relocation and assignment services, including finding accommodation and schools, navigating the city, settling in and leaving, temporary housing, visa and immigration services, politics advice, and moving household effects;

- Developing successful relationships both internally and externally by using your knowledge of international relocation and global mobility.

Must-haves:

- University degree;

- Experience as Relocation Manager or at any other position related to resettlement management services;

- Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience to stress, and the tactfulness required when working with families;

- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail;

- Ability to work both independently and in a team, management skills needed to lead people;

- An energetic, client-oriented person who enjoys hard work;

- Good spoken and written language and the ability to explain to clients complex issues related to international resettlement;

- Perseverance and responsibility;

- Experience in organizing work remotely;

- Advanced MS Office user;

- Level of English – Intermediate (communication in the company is carried out in two languages);

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with a large number of clients;

- Such certifications as Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).
