Andersen Talent Sourcing team is looking for another talented IT Recruiter / Active Sourcer to strengthen us in finding, engaging and hiring top IT talent in a fast-paced environment.
As a sourcer you will partner with recruiters and Hiring managers, taking on an active role in defining, launching and executing sourcing strategy for niche and hard to fill vacancies.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition. Experience in IT is a plus.
- An analytical mindset and highly organized working style.
- Having worked in a fast-paced multicultural environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (B1+) and ability to influence. Any other language skills are a plus.
- Experience with recruitment tools and systems (Job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)

- To find developers and administrative staff both in Europe and America.
- To be an enabler To create sourcing strategies using a variety of channels to find the best candidates and closing demand in time.
- To build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
- To track relevant data towards your pipeline activity and key results regularly and share them with the internal stakeholders.
- To be well rounded: with experience recruiting everything from Software Developers to Sales Leaders.
- To be a doer: No task is too big or too small, you are ready to help the business find the best people based on business needs.
