Truck driver recruiter (English)

Our Recruiting department has a new vacancy - this is an excellent opportunity to start a career in Recruiting and develop in this field.

For this job, it is important to have:

English - C1 and above (spoken and written), fluent Russian;

good communication skills;

ability to conduct business correspondence;

attention to detail and organization;

results-oriented approach;

must be a hard-working individual.

Main tasks:

searching for and hiring drivers in the American market: posting job openings on specialized websites;

conducting initial interviews and organizing subsequent stages;

checking driver documents before hiring.

Schedule:

5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Mon - Fri) Minsk time or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Chicago time ;

We offer:

Competitive salary depending on experience and performance;
Paid Holidays by the US Market and some holidays by Minsk;

Bonuses, both performance and annual;

$300 Paid internship (1 month), will be received after the internship is completed ;

Paid vacation and sick days after 6 months of work.

Base salary $500 per month, with a raise up to $1000 depending on your results.
