About the Company

We are looking for a Ukrainian professional currently residing in Singapore to represent our business locally and play a key role in establishing and developing our operations in this new market.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proactive, well-connected professional who understands the local business environment, can build strong partnerships, and is ready to take ownership of operational, legal, financial, and administrative matters during the launch.
The successful candidate will be officially appointed as Country Manager in Singapore and will work directly with the company’s owners.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations
• Coordinate with local banks and financial institutions in Singapore .
• Support the opening, administration, and maintenance of corporate bank accounts.
Legal & Regulatory Coordination
• Liaise with local Singaporean lawyers, corporate secretaries, and legal service providers.
• Coordinate corporate documentation, company registration procedures , and other administrative requirements.
• Support the company in meeting applicable local regulatory requirements.
Partnerships & Local Representation
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key local partners across banking, legal services, and other relevant sectors.
• Resolve emerging challenges independently and coordinate solutions with the company’s leadership.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Ukrainian citizenship.
• Residency Status: Must hold Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status or possess an existing valid visa status that grants full legal right to work and accept local corporate appointment without company sponsorship.
• Language Proficiency:
    • English: B1-B2 level or above (written and spoken).
    • Ukrainian: Fluent / Native.
    • Russian: Fluent.
• Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Independence: The ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and make sound decisions.
• Personal Traits: High levels of integrity, discretion, accountability, and reliability.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

As the position involves formal appointment as Country Manager, candidates must meet all applicable ACRA guidelines for official corporate appointment in Singapore. Candidates must have an immediate, legally independent right to work in Singapore (such as PR status) as the company will not be sponsoring new employment visas for this role.
