The worldwide largest telecommunications company AT&T (listed 13th in Fortune500 ranking in 2022) invites ambitious people to its own customer support center in Slovakia (Bratislava).

• Relocation bonus of 800 EUR to be paid with the first salary payment;
• Fully paid initial 6 weeks long training session;
• 40 working hours per week (5 shifts per week, 8 work hours each);
• 8-hours work shifts distributed between 11-00 and 8-00 (day, evening and night shifts, depending on the business needs). The first shift starts at 11-00, and the last one starts at 23-30;

What you have to do:
• Provide customer support (for US and Canada) via phone, chat and e-mail on all type of issues related to U-VERSE (ADSL internet, IP television, VoIP) and DirectTV (satellite TV) projects;
• Advise on service coverage, equipment installation, billing, etc.

• Advanced English (B2+);
• Readiness to work in the evening and at night.
