We need a German or Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent on a full-time (remote) position from Europe as long as you are willing to relocate to Portugal (is the must!).

This is a full-time ( Remote ). We offer a very nice relocation package.

Requirements:

Knowledge of German or Dutch is the must!

We also consider young people after university.

EU citizenship or work permit in Portugal.

High school diploma / completed apprenticeship.

What you need to do:

Process and respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, updating CRM systems with all requested information.

Our Benefits:

Provide apartments throughout the Lisbon area (including suburbs).

A private room in a shared company apartment with an average of 3 to 6 people.

The company apartment is provided only for candidates who currently live more than 100 km away from Lisbon.

Way to work in between 15 and 60 minutes.

The apartments are fully equipped and furnished, including a kitchen, living room with cable TV and wireless internet.

The private room has a bed, desk and closet.

A cleaning lady cleans the common rooms once a week.

Support with paperwork.

Airport Pickup.

Our Welcome & Support service will meet candidates at the airport upon arrival and take them directly to their apartment.

Candidates must retain their airfare receipts in order to be reimbursed for flights after 9 months of service.
