Excellent English and/or German communication skills, both written and spoken.
1+ years experience in logistics or e-commerce operations (customer support, account management, partner management).

You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
Responsibilities:
Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Routes design and control.
Maintaining contact and cooperation with other company departments in the field of transport orders.
Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients.
Participation in organizing drivers' schedules and shifts.
Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.
Client account management.
Cooperation with product team and API connection.
Will be a plus:
Ukrainian communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience working with business clients.
Experience in a startup environment.
