Functions and Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly Google Analytics reports to communicate progress and strategy
• Review Google Analytics to uncover areas for improvement and report on campaign metrics
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns
• (nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, prospecting campaigns, newsletters), including managing an email content calendar
• Identify and grow our target email audience and improve open and CTRs through list segmentation, personalization, and growth hacking
• report on A/B testing, segmentation and dynamic content
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing with the goal of continuously improving our email marketing initiatives.
• Optimise and to create new email templates based on customer data and campaign results
• Develop and edit HTML email templates, execute test plans, manage the deployment, and analyse the delivery/inboxing of marketing emails
• Manage prospect and customer database including creating and updating lists, segmenting data and list hygiene
• Set up testing, execution and reporting on sales conversions from Facebook lead gen ads
• Analyse and report on KPIs - pushing out key information in a concise format with actionable next steps proposed.
Manage sales targets for 3 countries
• articipate in forming effective paid search strategies.
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns.
• Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.
• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 2 years of prior experience working in digital marketing
• Proficient in Google Analytics and able to analyze and explain data
• Google Search Ads, Google Display Networks, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Analytical skills (ROI, ROMI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, ECPC, etc).
• Hands-on experience with Excel / Google spreadsheet.
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate (spoken English is an advantage – we work for English speaking countries)
• Experience with large budgets -
