Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Promotional Model located in Abu Dhabi. The Promotional Model will be responsible for representing our brand at various events and interacting with potential customers. The Promotional Model will also be responsible for educating potential customers on our products and services as well as creating content for marketing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Experience in promotional modeling or similar field is preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
• Professional and punctual

The responsibilities of an "Arcade Brand Ambassador / Customer Engagement Model" could include:

• Customer Interaction:

• Engage with arcade visitors in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Provide assistance, answer questions, and offer guidance on arcade activities.

• Promotional Activities:

• Actively promote arcade events, promotions, and special offers to attract customers.
• Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to create awareness.

• Brand Representation:

• Serve as a positive representative of the arcade, embodying its values ​​​​and mission.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

• Customer Retention:

• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Gather feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience.

• Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing and executing arcade events, tournaments, and special activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.

• Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about arcade games, attractions, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and interests.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
