Responsibilities:

1. Media planning, budgeting and generating of targeted leads to the sales department;
2. Forecasting, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
3. Digital marketing, (SMM included), PPC advertising;
4. Monitoring advertising campaigns of competitors;
5. Analytics and calculation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
6. Drawing up a plan for the formation of a department for a year, quarter, month, week;
7. Search and control of contractors;
8. Developing a strategy for the website / youtube / social media;
9. Tracking the metrics and effectiveness of all marketing indicators of the company (advertising / attendance / conversion);
10. Optimization of marketing expenses;
11. Implementation of new marketing tools;
12. Keeping records of the actions performed;
13. Searching for new ways to promote the company's brand.

Requirements:

1. Required experience of at least 3 years in a leadership position in the marketing segment in a large development company / real estate agency;
2. High level of managerial competencies;
3. Knowledge of modern trends and tools in marketing;
4. Knowledge of Web analytics tools;
5. Experience in setting up contextual and targeted advertising and running advertising campaigns, knowledge of SEO principles;
6. Experience in media planning and building sales funnels together with the sales department;
7. Experience in building a product funnel, lead generation;
8. CRM systems;
9. Building effective processes in the marketing department to achieve KPI;
10. Coordination of work with related departments (sales, finance department);
11. Team management and employee motivation;
12. Budget management and ROI estimation;
13. Ability to take a responsible approach to a task, to make decisions promptly and independently;
14. High organization, punctuality, attention to detail and healthy perfectionism.
