Your Tasks Provision, build and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure in a multi-customer environment Provision, build and maintain the monitoring and alerting infrastructure in a multi-customer environment Respond to and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents and challenges across SLA’s and change management processes Design and deliver Virtual infrastructure in line with enterprise standards, principles and policies Support for continuous improvement within the Infrastructure and Applications areas Implement pro-active preventative maintenance processes and procedures Maintain operational documentation including configuration management database Troubleshoot Complex issues Participate in 24/7 on-call support Our expectations Technical skills Required: Knowledge and experience in VMware vSphere VM deployment, customization and automation vCenter Support and configuration ESXi setup and configuration VSS and vDS support and configuration according to Network Topology Customization and Tuning of the vSphere environment. Troubleshooting Performance issues Three to five years of VMware and system administration experience VCP5 or equivalent Experience ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience Basic Networking Knowledge Basic Storage Knowledge Optional: Windows server Troubleshooting of Windows OS System performance troubleshooting DNS understanding OS configuration Best practices OS customization to enhance performance Remote management of OS system Soft skills Have strong inter-personal and communication skills Able to write intricate system and user documentation Independent problem solving Strong investigative and analysis skills Strong customer service skills and proactive, customer focused attitude Salary up to 62 500 UAH, wokr in IT company Košice, Slovakia
