Philippines employees for a company that's is a leader in the field of dietary food in Poland (catering)

Duties

• portioning of ready meals into disposable packages
• working on the production line in a standing position
• maintenance of equipment for product dosing

Additional possible duties may include:

• workplace cleaning
• cutting ingredients for dishes

Salary and bonuses

Packer: 27,70PLN gross per hour (approx.

21,60 PLN net per hour). With good performance and attendance the packer is promoted to the position senior packer.

Senior packer: approx. 21,92 PLN net per hour (PLN 27,70 gross per hour + PLN 0.35 net per hour job bonus).

Additional for all positions:

+ 0.50 PLN net per hour (bonus for work

over 3 months)

+0.50 PLN net per hour (bonus for work over 6 months)

Requirements

• willingness to work and learn
• diligence and responsibility
• ready to work in a standing position

• Location - Baniocha (30 km from Warsaw)
• Contract - mandate contract
• Position - packer
• Workwear / Uniform - free
• Occupational medicine and sanitary inspection - PLN 154
• (collected from the salary)
• Transport - not required, housing near work
• Meal - Set lunch , FREE lunch from the employer
• Shifts - work 5-6 days a week for 12 hours 07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00. (elastic schedule, there are also night shifts)
• Breaks - two breaks of 15 and 20 minutes

Accommodation

Accommodation provided; payable PLN 17,70 per person per day in a 4-6 person room (approx. 480 PLN per month) The accommodation has everything you need and the conditions are good.
