Our Agency, your reliable partner in international employment, offers legal work at a salmon processing plant - one of the largest producers of seafood and Atlantic salmon in Poland.
📍 Job Details:
Location: Ustka, Poland 🇵🇱
Position: Production Worker 🐟
Contract: Employment contract (umowa o pracę) 📜
🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Working on the production line 🏭
• Cutting, trimming, filleting, and cleaning fish (salmon) ✂️
• Portioning and packaging fish 📦
• Labelling and packing finished products 🏷️
• Washing production machines between operations 🧼
💰 Salary:
Average Salary: 3800-4700 PLN net per month
Base Salary: 4242 PLN gross (23 PLN gross per hour)
Additional Bonuses:
• 100-800 PLN gross bonus based on results 💵
• 300 PLN gross bonus for efficiency 💪
• 350 PLN gross bonus for working during holidays 🎉
• 20% extra pay for night shifts 🌙
• 50% extra pay for overtime on weekdays ⏰
• 100% pay for work on weekends and holidays 🗓️
⏲️ Work Schedule:
• Shifts of 8 hours (07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00) or equivalent system 07:00-17:30
• 5 days a week, possibility of working on weekends 🗓️
• Average working time 168–200 hours per month
• Lunch breaks of 20–30 minutes 🍽️
